Senior Land Referencer📍 Edinburgh (Remote) | £30,000 - £40,000 Peaple Talent is working with an established UK business specialising in land information, title searches and land referencing , supporting major infrastructure and renewable energy projects across the UK. They’re looking for an experienced Senior Land Referencer to take a lead role across major projects, combining technical land referencing expertise with leadership and stakeholder management. You’ll be responsible for: Leading land referencing searches and research across relevant UK registers Identifying and recording land interests for major infrastructure projects Producing schedules, Books of Reference and CPO plans Using ArcGIS/GIS for mapping and data management Supporting project delivery, quality control and process improvements Managing client and stakeholder relationships Ideally, you’ll have: Strong land referencing experience Experience with Scottish Sasine and land registration ArcGIS/GIS experience Experience producing schedules, Books of Reference and CPO plans Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines HM Land Registry experience is advantageous but not essential.
