We value commitment, problem-solving skills, a results-oriented attitude, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex technical environments. 💻 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and understand business unit needs to ensure SCADA and GIS systems effectively support organizational goals. Administer, supervise, and optimize SCADA systems, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability. Manage GIS platforms—including data maintenance, system evolution, and geospatial data quality. Lead system changes, migrations, and technological upgrades. Coordinate technical and functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor and enforce SLAs to guarantee service-level compliance. Proactively detect, analyze, and resolve critical incidents. Implement and oversee cybersecurity policies in industrial and critical infrastructure environments. Manage relationships with technology vendors. 👩🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and supervising SCADA and/or GIS systems in industrial, utility, or critical infrastructure settings. Proven experience in change management, project management, system migrations, and coordination of technical and functional teams. Experience in SLA management and monitoring. Knowledge of SCADA platforms and GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, or alternatives). Familiarity with spatial databases. Understanding of industrial networking and communications. Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Higher technical qualification or university degree (e.g., Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent). ⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ITIL certification (preferably ITIL v4). Specific training or certifications in GIS and/or SCADA platforms. Knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, IEC standards). Experience with automation or scripting (e.g., Python). Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
