Solution Architect (GIS)

Role Overview The Solution Architect provides practical architecture support across business, information, application and technology domains. The role is not intended to own every architecture function in detail, but to connect the key design threads so the solution remains coherent, buildable, testable and supportable. Key Responsibilities Solution architecture documentation and design control Product and release architecture advice Business, information and spatial architecture Application, integration and technology architecture Key Capabilities And Experience Solution Architecture Documentation and Design Control Capability Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect, Product Architect or senior solution design lead on complex ICT, digital, data, spatial, integration or enterprise application programs. Product And Release Architecture Governance Experience Experience supporting product managers with product integrity, release shaping, feature prioritisation, roadmap implications and design trade-offs. Desirable Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, software engineering, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, business architecture, data, spatial systems, engineering or a related discipline. Experience in government, transport, road network, heavy vehicle, permit, access management, spatial, mapping, engineering or regulatory environments.
