Your Missions (if you accept):
Under the supervision of the Agency Manager (Licensed Surveyor), you will join a dynamic team and carry out diverse tasks, including:
Executing—fully autonomously or with growing independence—land-related missions (co-ownership establishment/modification, boundary demarcation, land division, etc.) and preparing related urban planning documents (DP, PA, CU).
Conducting field surveys and producing architectural plans (interior, façade measurements, surface area calculations, etc.).
You will work in a modern, well-equipped office environment where your technical expertise and organizational skills will be fully recognized.
📍 Location: Our Chartres agency at 3 allée des Atlantes – possibility of remote work (schedule to be defined).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Passionate about land-related work, especially co-ownership matters.
Hold a BTS MGTNM (or equivalent Surveying/Geomatics degree), a geomatics engineering diploma, or a master’s in land studies.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Covadis, GeoGEX, and Microsoft Office.
Hold a valid French driver’s license (Category B).
Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, strong writing ability, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
