Position
As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Surveying Engineer with expertise in cadastre studies, with a focus on:
Road and Railway Cadastre
Initial, supplementary, corrective, and restorative cadastral studies
Cadastral surveys
Land expropriations
Implementation of Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport Circular 24/2010
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, processing, and updating of cadastral studies for road or railway infrastructure segments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process cadastral studies for road or railway sections.
Support the preparation of topographic diagrams and plans for cadastral projects.
Collaborate and communicate with public agencies, entities, and private parties to finalize cadastral works.
Review and ensure compliance of studies with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
Participate in the preparation and management of land expropriation studies.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in cadastral studies, preferably in Road and/or Railway Cadastre.
Experience or solid knowledge of land expropriation procedures.
Solid understanding of relevant legislation and cadastral procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation.
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying/Geomatics Engineering, or a related field.
