About the Role
Shape the Infrastructure of Tomorrow
Modern infrastructure starts with precise data and digital processes. As part of our team in Berlin, you’ll work on exciting infrastructure projects—including roads, railways, energy, and utility networks—for public clients, engineering offices, and project developers. You’ll support the processing of geospatial, land acquisition, and ownership data, and help produce project-specific documentation—making a vital contribution to the successful planning and implementation of major infrastructure initiatives.
AKG Software Consulting GmbH has been developing innovative software solutions for infrastructure planning for over 40 years. Our applications support customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in digitizing land acquisition, land management, and utility documentation.
Your Responsibilities
Collection, processing, maintenance, and analysis of geospatial, land acquisition, parcel, and ownership data for planning documents of nationwide infrastructure projects
Creation, visualization, and updating of planning documents using CAD software
Support in documenting land acquisition and parcel acquisition processes (e.g., notarial contracts, cadastral submissions)
Preparation of reports, lists, and project-specific documentation
Quality assurance and plausibility checks of data sets
Assistance to our customers in using our software solutions
Collaboration with project managers, engineering offices, land registry offices, and public clients
Participation in the digitization and optimization of workflows
What You Bring
Completed vocational training or degree in surveying, cartography, geomatics, drafting, or a related field
Experience with CAD software
Interest in geospatial data, infrastructure planning, and digital workflows
Structured, meticulous, and independent work style
Team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with customers and colleagues
Very good written and spoken German
Preferred (but not required)
Knowledge of land acquisition, land management, or real estate
Experience in infrastructure, transport, energy, or utility projects
Familiarity with Autodesk products or GIS applications
Experience working with databases or large geospatial datasets
Even if you don’t meet all requirements 100%, we welcome your application if you have relevant experience in CAD, GIS, surveying, or planning. Comprehensive onboarding is standard for us.
