Client Profile
Our client is an independent company operating in the public works sector, specializing in the inspection and repair of buried utility networks.
Position Overview
In the context of a temporary replacement, the company is seeking a Surveying & Topography Engineer (H/F).
You will join the company’s internal engineering office, composed of approximately 15 staff members, and your responsibilities will include:
Detecting buried networks using georadar, RD 8000, Flexi-Trace, and tablets.
Marking and staking out utilities on-site.
Conducting open-trench surveys.
Recording network and service connections in 3D (X, Y, Z coordinates).
Performing topographic land surveys.
Executing site layout and setting-out operations.
Mapping existing networks for future construction projects.
Reporting survey data accurately.
Creating or updating digital plans (CAD/BIM).
Preparing intervention reports.
You will visit approximately 5 construction sites per day across the Île-de-France region.
Required Profile
Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., network surveyor) within a construction or public works company (external engineering offices not considered).
Demonstrated organizational skills, efficiency, and rigor.
Full mobility across Île-de-France (valid driver’s license category B required).
Compensation
Salary based on experience: approximately €30,000–€33,000 gross annually.
