Key Responsibilities: Plan and prioritize team workload: - Define technical roadmaps. - Develop work plans and allocate team resources. Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of GIS projects. Serve as primary liaison between: - Technical team. - Management / business units. - Internal and external clients. Contribute to: - GIS technology strategy (in collaboration with the architect). - Evolution of the technology stack. Ensure alignment between functional, technical, and organizational requirements. Manage demand: - Prioritize GIS requests. - Coordinate inter-project dependencies. Identify and mitigate risks: - Technical. - Organizational. - Capacity or knowledge gaps. Engage with clients throughout all project lifecycle phases. Required Qualifications: Technical education or background relevant to the responsibilities outlined above. Preferred: Experience or familiarity with agile methodologies.
