Transport Planning (GIS Experience)

Job Description Overview Enhance network efficiency and ridership through data-driven transport planning leveraging GIS tools and operational data to optimize routes and service delivery. Your role Analyze bus network performance including ridership trends route efficiency and service coverage. Develop and recommend route optimization strategies and service improvements. Support planning and design of new routes bus corridors and BRT systems. Conduct accessibility and connectivity studies to improve network reach. Utilize GIS tools to assess spatial demand patterns and urban mobility needs. Coordinate with stakeholders to align transport planning with urban development plans. Support strategies aimed at increasing ridership and improving passenger experience. About you Bachelors degree in Transport Planning Urban Planning Civil Engineering or GIS. Minimum 7 years experience in public transport planning or mobility projects. Proficiency in GIS tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS. Strong understanding of transport modeling demand analysis and service planning. Experience with bus/BRT systems and multimodal transport integration preferred.
