Lidya Madencilik is seeking a Database & Drafting Assistant specialist to join its growing team. This role is designed for an early-career geological engineer who will support the management, quality control, and spatial analysis of exploration data across our head office and project sites. Key Responsibility Areas Coordinating data transfer between the head office and project sites. Managing the geological database in line with international standards. Implementing QA/QC protocols and ensuring data quality and control. Analyzing and mapping spatial data using GIS software. Preparing and analyzing drilling and surface data using GIS software. Ensuring that data is always up to date and accessible. Digitizing non-digital data. Carrying out the necessary studies for sites under tender or bid evaluation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering. Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience. Ability to work in coordination with different disciplines and teams across the company. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. Prior experience with at least one of the following software: MapInfo Pro, Discover, Datamine, Datashed, MX Deposit, or similar. Residing in Ankara or willing to relocate to Ankara. No restrictions on travel to project sites.
