You will engage in various projects, from data maintenance to collaborating with consultants, to ensure the effective application of spatial data systems and technology. Key Responsibilities: Ensure quality control of spatial data in the LRM Submit digital data according to government standards Assist in mapping and reporting initiatives Support the Woodlands team with GIS tasks Maintain data exchange with licensees and consultants Requirements: Accredited post-secondary degree in GIS or Forestry Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in ESRI Products and SQL Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and Python 3-5 years of related experience preferred Make an impact in forest management through your GIS skills at West Fraser in Chetwynd.
