We see the world through a Future Ready® lens, fuelled by a shared commitment to making a positive impact – one project and community at a time.\nAssistant Survey Technician – Auckland\nJoin our Auckland Survey team and support the delivery of surveying and civil engineering projects across Auckland and the wider region. You’ll assist with field surveys, data capture, calculations, equipment management and project delivery while building your technical skills alongside experienced professionals.\nWhat You'll Do\nAssist with surveying services across infrastructure and land development projects.\nPrepare, maintain and calibrate survey equipment for field work.\nUndertake subdivision, engineering, topographical, GIS, GPS and UAV surveys.\nComplete survey calculations, data processing and QA documentation.\nSupport project managers with planning, investigations and technical delivery.\nContribute to civil engineering and roading projects through survey and design support.\nCollaborate across WSP to deliver quality outcomes for clients.\nAbout You\nNZ Diploma in Surveying or currently working towards one.\nIdeally 1–3 years’ experience in surveying or a related role.\nExperience with Trimble survey equipment and software is advantageous.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nCollaborative, client-focused and comfortable working in a team environment.\nProfessional, proactive and committed to continuous development.\nFull, clean, NZ driver license.\nPlease note that the successful candidate must have full, unrestricted work rights in New Zealand.
