BIM & GIS Delivery Lead

Job Description: Bechtel is seeking a BIM & GIS Delivery Lead to support digital delivery and information management for the King Salman International Airport project. Key Responsibilities: - Develop information management strategies, including Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). - Manage digital delivery workstreams, drive automation, and improve project efficiency. - Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for reliable information exchange. - Lead workshops with clients, partners, and stakeholders to align on information management objectives. - Manage and mentor digital delivery teams to ensure successful integration of BIM and GIS data. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering or technical field. - 13 to 15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 7+ years specifically in BIM/GIS and Digital Delivery roles. - Advanced knowledge of BIM tools (ACC/BIM360, Revit, Civil3D) and GIS software (ESRI ArcGIS suite). - In-depth understanding of ISO 19650 standards. - Strong leadership, communication, and team mentorship abilities.
