Job Title
BIM-GIS Information Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the implementation, integration, and updating of BIM models and GIS platforms, ensuring information consistency, traceability, and quality across projects.
Validate compliance with BIM standards, information management protocols, and technical requirements for construction supervision.
Manage interoperability between digital models, geospatial databases, and technical documentation to optimize project monitoring and control.
Develop reports, spatial analyses, and control dashboards using BIM-GIS tools to support decision-making and efficient project management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Geography, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the public or private sector since professional licensing/registration.
Documented participation in at least three (3) projects related to supervision or execution of sanitation or stormwater drainage infrastructure.
Official documentation (e.g., certificates, contracts, work records) verifying employment duration and role responsibilities.
Prior experience in roles such as BIM-GIS Specialist, BIM-GIS Supervisor, BIM-GIS Lead, or BIM-GIS Coordinator.
Preferred Training (not exclusionary)
BIM Methodology (minimum 24 hours) or DC Certification.
GIS Software (ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, ArcGIS Desktop) — minimum 24 hours.
BIM Software (Revit, Civil 3D) — minimum 24 hours.
Employment Conditions
Work location: Zarumilla, Tumbes (Peru).
Contract type: Market-driven (project-based or temporary).
