The latter is one of Germany’s leading nationwide companies in the fields of construction and engineering surveying, route planning, 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry & remote sensing, cartography, geo-monitoring, mobile mapping, and geospatial information services. We offer an exciting position as: CAD / GIS Specialist or Draftsperson (m/f/d) – Utility Network Documentation at our location in Hanover. Your Challenges Timely documentation of survey-derived utility networks, existing infrastructure data, and network modifications using established CAD software Capture of relevant attribute data using a facility information system (Lovion BIS) Independent quality checks of survey data and documented as-built records Facilitation of clarifications regarding discrepancies in close coordination with clients Dimensioning and updating topographic information using CAD software Documentation of special projects Support for surveying field operations, as needed Your Profile Completed vocational training as a technical drafter or construction draftsperson, or equivalent qualification Relevant professional experience in digital documentation of utility networks Proficient computer skills; ideally with solid experience in CAD software (e.g., MicroStation, BricsCAD, AutoCAD) and GIS platforms (e.g., QGIS) Prior experience with attribute data entry in Lovion BIS is desirable Sense of responsibility, ability to make sound decisions, and willingness to learn Quality-focused, efficient, independent, and client-oriented work approach Ability to identify and resolve technical issues Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation What You Can Look Forward To Full-time employment with TRIGIS NET GmbH, our joint venture with enercity AG Primarily office-based work focused on documenting energy infrastructure assets and networks Future-proof career opportunities A dynamic team of surveying technicians and geomatics engineers Flat organizational hierarchy Openness and transparency Performance-based, attractive compensation Active involvement in continuing education opportunities offered by TRIGIS
