Cadastral and Property Surveying Assistant

Company: Consorcio Minero Horizonte Title: Cadastral and Property Surveying Assistant Join the team driving cadastral and property management for our mining operations! We are seeking a Cadastral and Property Surveying Assistant to support our team in conducting, verifying, and updating topographic and cadastral data—contributing to precise and reliable land and property management. Key Responsibilities: Support planning and execution of topographic surveys for land and property, performing field measurements and data collection. Assist in updating and maintaining the mining cadastral registry, verifying vertices, boundaries, concessions, and physical features of parcels. Perform georeferencing of land and property using GPS/GNSS, total stations, and other topographic instruments, ensuring data accuracy. Prepare and update topographic, boundary, and cadastral maps using CAD and GIS software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS/QGIS). Verify and validate cartographic and cadastral information, identify update needs, and coordinate progress and results with the Cadastral and Property Department. Requirements: Technical or university degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy, Cadastral Science, Civil Engineering, Geographical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in cadastral activities. Technical knowledge in surveying, topographic fieldwork, and cadastral management. Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Basic to intermediate proficiency in ArcGIS / ArcGIS Pro. Intermediate MS Office skills and experience with topographic equipment software. Benefits: Formal employment with full legal benefits.
