Chef de Département Topographie

GEOMAITRISE is recruiting a Head of the Topography Department in Mohammedia, Morocco, to steer and coordinate the firm's topographic projects. Main missions: Supervise, coordinate and check the work of field and office survey teams. Plan interventions and assign tasks across teams. Handle technical and administrative follow-up of department projects. Check quality and compliance of plans, reports and topographic deliverables. Ensure deadlines, contractual requirements and internal procedures are met. Coordinate with clients, partners and project stakeholders. Profile: Master's in topography with at least 5 years of experience, or Topography / surveying engineer with at least 2 years of experience. Strong command of field and office topographic work. Proficiency in professional topography, CAD and GIS software. Team leadership, organisation and client communication skills. Salary: MAD 8,000 to 15,000 per month. Permanent, on-site in Mohammedia.
