Key Responsibilities:
Manage GIS cartographic information and spatial data.
Develop and calibrate hydraulic and water quality models using EPANET or similar tools.

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in Basque (Level PL2) or equivalent language level.
Prior experience with EPANET and network modeling is highly valued.
Experience in coordinating civil works is advantageous.
