The role bridges traditional commercial GISsoftware with modern cloud-native Kubernetes infrastructure.Key Responsibilities ● GIS Cloud Integration: Design and integrate cloud-native GIS applications combiningcommercial (ArcGIS Enterprise) and Open Source solutions. ● ArcGIS Administration: Administer and install ArcGIS Enterprise across distributedmulti-cloud environments. ● Automated Deployments: Build and maintain automated image build and deploymentpipelines for GIS services on Kubernetes. ● Data Transfer: Establish secure data transfer mechanisms between isolatedenvironments. Technical Qualifications & Skills ● Must Have: ●○ Fluent German (written and spoken) and technical English. ○ Hands-on DevOps experience with Kubernetes (microservices architecture,SLOs, container deployment).○ Administration experience with ArcGIS Enterprise in distributed environments.○ Familiarity with Open Source GIS tools (GeoServer, PostGIS, QGIS).○ Tool-based code management (Git) and agile teamwork experience.
