DAO/GIS Study Office Manager

Work Environment & Missions We are seeking a DAO/GIS Study Office Manager, based in Mérignac, to strengthen our study office and support business growth. Reporting to Vincent, Territorial Manager, you will play a key role in organizing and ensuring the quality of DAO/SIG outputs. Your role is split between operational technical tasks (80%) and team support/leadership (20%). You will be responsible for the quality of deliverables, data consistency, and smooth operation of the service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review DAO/SIG deliverables related to supplementary investigations and heritage detection Integrate and maintain GIS/DAO data Ensure quality control of finalized files Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures and work methods Provide technical support to teams on DAO/SIG-related issues Participate in planning and workload distribution Train and support new hires Act as technical reference for the team Occasionally attend project kick-off meetings Directly manage a team of 3 colleagues Why Join Us? You have strong technical skills in DAO/SIG and thrive in an operational, technical environment. Mandatory Skills: AutoCAD and Covadis GIS tools: ArcGIS and QGIS Preferred: Prior experience in team supervision or coordination (we remain open to emerging managers) Key Traits: Rigor and organizational skills Team spirit and strong communication Ability to coach and develop others Autonomy and prioritization skills Experience in networks, georeferencing, topography, or civil engineering is a strong asset Are you looking to work in a dynamic and appreciative company?
