Work Environment &
Key Missions
We are looking for a DAO/GIS Study Office Manager, based in Mérignac, to strengthen our study office and support business growth.
Reporting to Vincent, Territorial Manager, you will play a key role in organizing and ensuring the quality of DAO/SIG deliverables. Your role combines operational technical tasks (80%) and team support (20%).
You will be responsible for the quality of deliverables, data consistency, and smooth service operation.
Your Responsibilities
Produce and review DAO/SIG deliverables related to supplementary investigations and heritage detection
Integrate and maintain SIG/DAO data
Ensure quality control of finalized files
Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures and work methods
Provide technical support to teams on DAO/SIG-related issues
Participate in planning and workload distribution
Train and support new hires
Act as technical reference for the team
Occasionally attend kick-off meetings for tenders
Directly manage a team of 3 colleagues

You have strong technical skills in DAO/SIG and thrive in an operational, technical environment.
Mandatory Skills
AUTOCAD and COVADIS
GIS tools: ArcGIS and QGIS
Prior experience in team supervision or coordination is an advantage, though we remain open to candidates new to management roles.

Experience in networks, georeferencing, topography, or civil engineering would be a strong plus.
