Data Analyst – GIS

* formal training in ArcGIS or QGIS; * training in enterprise GIS technologies such as ESRI ArcGIS Server/SDE, GeoServer or QGIS Server; * training in ArcGIS API for JavaScript, and ArcPy or PyQGIS. * Min. 3 years of experience in data management/analysis OR min. 5 years if he/she doesn't have the required university degree * University degree within the field of geography, computer science, environmental science, epidemiology, or another related field; with at least three years of experience in data management/analysis OR non-university degree with at least five years of experience in data management/analysis;
