Descrição *Software Development & Automation* Design, develop, and maintain internal applications, tools, scripts, and automation solutions. *Build and support data pipelines that integrate and transform data from multiple sources.* Develop automated validation and quality-check processes for planning and documentation workflows. *Create prototypes and mock-ups to quickly validate business requirements and solution concepts.* Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality. *GIS & Spatial Data Management: Design and maintain PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases and spatial data models. Support planning teams with GIS-related analysis and technical expertise.* Collaborate with business users to understand processes, challenges, and requirements. *Translate business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans.* Act as the primary point of contact for GIS, database, API, and integration questions. * Maintenance of internal tools and ensure operations in close communications with IT. * Translate business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, GIS, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development. Strong experience with: Python, PostgreSQL, PostGIS and spatial functions, REST APIs and system integrations, Docker, Experience developing GIS solutions using: QGIS. Web-based mapping technologies.
