Expansion Intelligence Analyst | GIS and Geoprocessing

Responsibilities Map cities, regions, and territories with expansion potential using geographic, demographic, and market analyses; Develop technical studies to support decision-making on new expansion opportunities; Identify and prioritize regions for prospecting, supporting Expansion consultants and executives; Build, update, and configure maps and geographic databases using ArcGIS; Maintain expansion maps and data up to date, ensuring quality and reliability; Support location analysis, territorial coverage assessment, network presence evaluation, and market opportunity identification; Convert geographic data and market insights into strategic recommendations to guide expansion decisions. Prerequisites Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or related fields; Experience with geoprocessing and geographic analysis tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or Geofusion; Analytical mindset and strong ability to work with spatial and territorial data; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Eldorado do Sul/RS. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools; Knowledge or familiarity with programming languages for data analysis and manipulation (e.g., Python, SQL); Interest in and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and AI agents applied to data analysis, productivity, and process optimization.
