Expansion Intelligence Analyst | GIS and Geoprocessing

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or related fields; Experience with geoprocessing and geographic analysis tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or Geofusion; Analytical mindset with strong ability to work with territorial and demographic data; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Availability for hybrid work in Eldorado do Sul, RS. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools; Knowledge or familiarity with programming languages for data analysis and manipulation (e.g., Python, SQL); Interest in and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and AI agents applied to analysis, productivity, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Map cities, regions, and territories with potential for network expansion, based on geographic, demographic, and market analyses; Develop technical studies to support decision-making on new expansion opportunities; Identify and prioritize regions for prospecting, supporting Expansion consultants and executives; Build, update, and configure maps and geographic databases using ArcGIS; Maintain expansion-related data and maps up to date, ensuring data quality and reliability; Support location analysis, territorial coverage assessment, network presence evaluation, and market opportunity identification; Transform geographic data and market insights into actionable intelligence to guide expansion decisions.
