Expert Solution Architect – .NET & GIS

Our client, a prominent organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is seeking an expert to lead the design and integration of modern web and desktop applications. The role focuses on architecting robust software solutions within an Azure environment while ensuring seamless connectivity between business systems and geospatial data platforms. Responsibilities Define and oversee technical architectures for web and desktop applications within an Azure cloud ecosystem. Lead the development and delivery lifecycle using Azure DevOps pipelines and Git versioning best practices. Design complex integrations between internal business APIs and SAP modules to streamline operations. Implement advanced security and identity mechanisms including OAuth2 and OpenID to protect enterprise data. Drive the technical evolution of the application landscape using .NET Core, Angular, and Blazor frameworks. Ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of applications via IIS and Docker containerization. Requirements 8+ years backend development with .NET Core and C#. 8+ years frontend development with Angular, Blazor, TypeScript, and JavaScript. 8+ years cloud and CI/CD with Azure, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Node.js, and IIS. 5+ years software architecture and design. 5+ years geospatial solutions using QGIS and ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript. 5+ years security and identity including OAuth2, OpenID, ADFS, and PKCE. 5+ years using development tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, and DBeaver. 2+ years data management with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Entity Framework. 2+ years SAP integration, specifically SAP PM and SAP APIs. You are fluent in French and English with a C1 level. Nice to Haves Experience with AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot. Knowledge of WPF, Docker, and Redis Cache.
