About the Role

**Job Description –Field Surveyor Location: Amritsar, Punjab** We are seeking Field Surveyor for a government project focused on collecting public information through a dedicated mobile application. The role requires candidates to conduct structured, app-based surveys using a smartphone with active internet connectivity. Responsibilities: Conduct interactive surveys through the mobile application at assigned locations. Ensure accurate and timely data collection and submission using the app. Meet the required daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets. Maintain professionalism while interacting with respondents and ensure data confidentiality. Report field progress and challenges to the supervisor regularly. Requirements: Must own a smartphone with reliable internet access. Ability to use mobile applications efficiently. Strong communication skills and willingness to work in the field. Basic data-entry skills and attention to detail. Prior survey or fieldwork experience is an advantage Salary structure :- 16500/-(PAN India) per month MPQ\* + Incentive on Extra work, as Field Surveyor trainee, Probation period:- minimum 9 to 11 months. \*MPQ Based, MPQ= Minimum Product Quantity. Salary/Stipend linked with quality & quantity output. When their probation period is complete, we will shift them to the salary structure with the benefit of PF & ESI.
