Full-Stack Developer (Next.js, PostgreSQL, GIS)

Company Considera S.r.l. develops software solutions for public administrations, enterprises, and service operators—including cloud platforms, management applications, and GIS systems—from design through to production deployment. Location & Compensation On-site in Montecorvino Rovella (SA), full-time. Annual gross salary: €18,000–€26,000, based on experience. Role Overview We’re looking for someone to support WPSCloud and the software ecosystem built around it, currently including: WSP: A multi-tenant web application in production for drafting and managing Water Safety Plans by water service operators (per D.Lgs 18/2023); A multi-tenant WebGIS platform, originally developed for a concluded environmental data project, now intended for reuse and expansion into new applications. Tech Stack Frontend: Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript Backend & Database: PostgreSQL (with Drizzle ORM), PostGIS GIS Infrastructure: MapLibre and Leaflet for mapping; NextGIS Web (running in Docker) for layers, styles, and geospatial permissions; API-driven integration Storage: Amazon S3 Cloud & Infrastructure: Currently Neon (database) and Vercel (compute); transitioning to AWS (likely Amplify and RDS)—the candidate will actively contribute to this migration DevOps & Collaboration: GitHub (PRs, reviews), automated CI/CD pipelines Requirements Preferably a degree in Computer Science or Information Engineering Proven experience with at least part of the stack: TypeScript/React, PostgreSQL, Docker Bonus points for experience with: - PostGIS - QGIS - NextGIS - AWS services Proficiency with Git is assumed Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) effectively: providing clear context, decomposing tasks, reviewing and testing generated code, and knowing when to write code manually Work Culture Each team member is the primary reference for a project, but collaboration is core to our process Major technical decisions are discussed and made collectively Complex challenges are tackled with full team support Application Please include a link to your GitHub profile or a project you’ve developed when applying.
