The Role As a GeoAI Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technical face of FlyPix AI. You’ll work directly with customers to turn complex real-world challenges into AI-powered geospatial solutions. From onboarding new enterprise customers to training computer vision models and tuning scalable workflows, you’ll help organizations unlock the full potential of Earth Observation AI with the help of our platform. This isn’t a support role. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, product managers, AI engineers, and customers to drive customer success and the platform's evolution. Responsibilities Lead technical onboarding and implementation of enterprise customers. Design and implement AI-powered geospatial workflows for real-world business challenges. Configure projects, prepare datasets, and train AI models on the FlyPix AI platform. Support customers throughout the entire implementation lifecycle: from first data upload to production deployment and integration into their workflows. Optimize model performance, data quality, and operational workflows. Deliver technical workshops, product training, and best practices. Partner with Sales during technical evaluations and Proofs of Concept / Pilots. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve the platform in response to customer feedback. Build reusable solution templates, implementation playbooks, and reference architectures. Represent FlyPix AI at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events across Europe. Requirements Degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science Engineering, or a related field. Experience with geospatial technologies, GIS, Earth Observation, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning. Hands-on experience working with satellite, aerial, drone imagery, or other spatial datasets. Familiarity with AI model training, annotation workflows, computer vision & ML pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity for learning new technologies. Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating business challenges into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage. Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or startup environments is a plus. Passion for AI, geospatial technologies, and building products that solve real-world problems.
