In this role, you won't just be mapping data—you’ll be architecting the workflows, integrations, and applications that drive critical spatial insights across our organization . What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Build & Deplo y: Design, develop, and deploy custom web/desktop GIS applications and robust spatial solutions. Manage Infrastructure : Administer and optimize our Enterprise ArcGIS environments (Server, Portal, Pro) to ensure high availability and performance. Data Integration: Build automated ETL workflows and integrate diverse GIS data systems to keep our spatial infrastructure seamless and scalable. Maintain Quality: Take ownership of the performance, code quality, troubleshooting, and technical documentation of our GIS ecosystem . Collaborate : Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and turn complex spatial challenges into elegant technical initiatives. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) Education: Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, Computer Science, or a related field. Esri Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with the Esri ecosystem, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise (Server & Portal), and advanced Esri development tools. Development Stack : Proficiency across the core stack needed for modern G IS: C# / . NET (for enterprise backend & desktop customization) Python (for automation, geoprocessing, and scripting) JavaScript / TypeScript (for interactive web mapping components) Data Logistics: Strong experience working with FME, spatial ETL processes, and database management systems.
