Geographic Information System Specialist

🔹 Job Description: We are looking for an experienced GIS Senior Functional Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience in ArcGIS / Esri Enterprise to provide functional application support, troubleshoot issues, and support GIS operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support for GIS applications. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests. Support application upgrades, integrations, and configuration changes. Manage user access, roles, and permissions. Maintain functional documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles. 🔹 Mandatory Skills: 10 years of relevant GIS experience. Strong experience with ArcGIS / Esri Enterprise. Experience in application support and incident management. Knowledge of GIS application configuration and user access management. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
