Geographic Information System Specialist

We are seeking a senior GIS and Utility Network leader to provide strategic architecture oversight for a large-scale utility modernization program. This role is focused on enterprise architecture, integration strategy, governance, risk management, and technical advisory services rather than hands-on GIS development. Key Responsibilities: • Provide enterprise GIS architecture leadership for Esri Utility Network implementation across electric and gas utilities. • Guide integration strategy between Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ADMS, Work Management (SAP/Maximo), and Asset Management systems. • Establish spatial data governance, data model standards, and system security frameworks. • Advise executive leadership on geospatial technology roadmap, cloud deployment, and system scalability. Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in enterprise GIS architecture, specifically with Esri Utility Network. • Proven background in major utility GIS transformation projects. • Deep expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise, geodatabase architecture, and enterprise system integration.
