Geographic Information Systems Analyst

Motion Recruitment is currently seeking GIS contractors skilled in ESRI, ArcPro, and As-Builts for remote work assignment. This team supports Geo Information Systems Service Line location verification, pipeline material verification, and other mapping initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Interested candidates should have at least 2-3 years of hands on experience working with GIS tools for various tasks to include location verification and researching and analyzing dated and/or incomplete maps for validation / correction / AsBuilts. Must have good organizational and analytical skills to be able to determine discrepancies, and then through research and tool application, capture and document corrected information, whether pertaining to location of assets, and/or other mapping work. Candidates should be skilled in basic mapping, plotting, and query application skills, as well as map corrections and As Built work. Must possess good communication and organizational skills.
