Job Details
Full-time position (8 hours/day), with overtime as needed.
Location: IEC offices in Gan Shorq, Rishon LeZion.
Hybrid work model: After completing 3 months of on-site work, remote work is possible for 1–2 days per week (subject to company policy).

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and specify GIS-related information systems.
Write functional and technical documentation.
Collect and analyze user and business stakeholder requirements.
Design, maintain, and enhance spatial models, data layers, and system integrations.
Collaborate regularly with development, QA, and internal client teams.
Support projects from planning through implementation and maintenance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Geography / Industrial Engineering and Management (with specialization in Information Systems or Exact Sciences) — mandatory.
Proven experience as a systems analyst or systems implementer — mandatory.
Experience in GIS information systems — advantageous.
Familiarity with ESRI products — advantageous.
Experience working with Oracle databases, including SQL queries — mandatory.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office — mandatory.
Fluent Hebrew and English — mandatory.
