Job Details
Full-time position (8 hours per day), with additional hours as needed.
Location: IEC offices in Gan Shorq, Rishon LeZion.
Hybrid work model: After completing 3 months of on-site work, remote work is possible for 1–2 days per week (subject to current company policies).

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and specify GIS-related information systems.
Write functional and technical specification documents.
Collect and analyze user and business stakeholder requirements.
Design and maintain spatial models, information layers, and system integrations.
Collaborate regularly with development, testing, and internal client teams.
Support projects from planning through implementation and maintenance.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Geography / Industrial Engineering and Management (with specialization in Information Systems) / Exact Sciences.
- Proven experience as a systems analyst/developer.
- Experience working with Oracle databases, including SQL queries.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High-level fluency in Hebrew and English.
Preferred (Advantages):
- Experience in GIS information systems analysis.
- Familiarity with ESRI products.
