Geographic Information Systems Manager

Hiring: Enterprise GIS Program Manager Location: 4 WTC, New York, NY (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Duration: 12 months (with possible extension) We're looking for a strategic Enterprise GIS Program Manager to lead modernization, integration, and governance of enterprise geospatial capabilities across multiple business lines—including Aviation, Tunnels, Bridges, Ports, Rail Transit, and Corporate Operations. What you'll do: Define and drive enterprise GIS strategy, roadmaps, and governance aligned with business objectives. Lead spatial database design, master data management, and CAD/BIM-to-GIS integration. Administer Esri Enterprise platforms and architect secure, scalable cloud-based GIS solutions. Integrate GIS with EAM systems (Infor, Maximo), Power BI, Bentley, PeopleSoft, and more. Build advanced geospatial analytics, dashboards, and 3D visualizations for decision support. Develop automation workflows using FME Enterprise and streamline ETL processes. Ideal background: Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in GIS, Geography, Civil Engineering, CS, or related field. 10+ years leading enterprise GIS programs with Esri technologies. Proven experience in spatial data governance, cloud architecture, and systems integration. Strong communication skills with a track record of presenting to executive leadership.
