Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading technologies while contributing to projects that create lasting benefits for communities.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career within a structured development environment, strengthening your technical capability, gaining valuable client exposure, and taking on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.\nYour Impact\nAt Consultant level, you will support the delivery of defined technical tasks and contribute to project outputs, while developing your professional, technical and consultancy skills under guidance.\nTechnical Delivery\nUndertake geospatial analysis, data processing and mapping tasks to support project delivery\nWork with spatial datasets to generate insights for infrastructure planning and design projects\nApply standard tools and methodologies, ensuring consistency and quality of outputs\nSupport the development of data visualisation and digital deliverables\nContribute to the integration of GIS within wider digital engineering (e.g. BIM/GIS workflows)\nProject & Client Contribution\nDeliver assigned tasks to time, cost and quality requirements\nSupport project teams in achieving client outcomes through effective use of data\nContribute to clear and structured outputs, including maps, dashboards and reports\nParticipate in project meetings and begin to engage with, initially internal, clients where appropriate\nCollaboration & Team Working\nWork collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure sectors\nBuild effective working relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders\nContribute positively to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives\nDigital & Innovation Mindset\nDemonstrate curiosity and willingness to explore new tools and digital workflows\nSupport the adoption of automation and efficiency improvements where appropriate\nContribute ideas to enhance digital delivery across projects\nLearning & Development\nActively develop technical capability in GIS, data and digital tools\nSeek feedback and apply learning to improve performance\nWork towards relevant professional development goals (e.g. chartership or specialist accreditation)\nAbout You\nWe are looking for a motivated early-career professional with a good foundation in geospatial technologies and a desire to grow within a consultancy environment.\nYou Will Typically Have\nExperience in a GIS/geospatial role\nA relevant degree (e.g. GIS, Geography, Geospatial Science, Engineering or similar)\nExperience using GIS platforms ideally Esri ArcGIS (Pro, Online, Enterprise)\nUnderstanding of geospatial data management and analysis principles\nExposure to tools such as Python, SQL, ModelBuilder or FME\nGood communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly\nA proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving\nExperience or interest in infrastructure sectors such as transport, urban development or planning is advantageous but not essential.\nWHY JOIN US\nWe put people first: We're proud of our friendly, inclusive and collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and driven to succeed.\nWe are driven to achieve: Named in the top 50 companies to work by Glassdoor 2025.
