Geospatial Estimator 📍 Ireland | 🏡 Hybrid Working The Role We're looking for an organised, commercially minded individual to join our team as a Geospatial Estimator. You'll manage projects from initial enquiry through to project handover, ensuring they're properly scoped, priced and ready for the team to work on. You'll be involved in: • 📞 Dealing with clients and understanding their requirements • 📑 Reviewing specifications and preparing quotations • 💰 Pricing survey projects and preparing fixed-price estimates • 🤝 Following up quotations and managing a sales pipeline • 📋 Preparing project documentation before site works begin • 👷 Handing over projects we have been awarded to the operations team The role is primarily office and computer based with occasional site visits for larger or more complex projects where required. About You You'll ideally have experience in a similar commercial or estimating role and be comfortable dealing with clients, pricing work and managing enquiries. You'll have: • ✅ Experience preparing quotations or pricing projects • ✅ Experience following up enquiries or managing a sales pipeline • ✅ Good commercial awareness • ✅ Strong organisational and communication skills • ✅ The ability to understand technical drawings or specifications Experience within the surveying, geospatial, engineering or construction sectors would be an advantage. Most importantly we're looking for someone with drive, initiative and a willingness to take ownership.
