About the Role
Job Title: Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) Analyst
Location: Reston, VA (Onsite/Hybrid)
Summary:
Red Cedar Consultancy is looking for a GIS Analyst to support client operations centers by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing geospatial data for real-time situational awareness and decision support.
Responsibilities:
Develop interactive web maps, story maps, and dashboards using Esri ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Online.
Perform spatial data analysis, geocoding, and data integration from multiple feeds.
Maintain spatial databases and conduct data QA/QC.
Prepare map products and analytical briefings for leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, CS, or related field.
3+ years of experience with ArcGIS Pro, AGOL, Portal, and Python.
Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance preferred.
