This leads to lower costs and increased safety and accessibility for everyone.\nWe are looking for a talented Geospatial Solutions Engineer for our team in Amersfoort and Rijswijk, with a strong drive to create insightful, applicable, and intelligent solutions.\nAbout the role\nAs a Geospatial Solutions Engineer, you will be working on the intersection between remote sensing, product development, and software development. You will be part of our products and technology team that is responsible for developing and maintaining our product portfolio. We are specifically looking for someone that is able to understand the question behind a customer question.\nWhat will you do?\nYour responsibilities will be to:\nTranslate customer-requirements to technical feasible and scalable solutions\nExecute projects with innovative elements\nDevelop and maintain methods for processing and post-processing of remote sensing data, primarily InSAR\nOptimize, automate, and maintain our data-pipeline\nAssist in the production of our products\nShare and communicate technical expertise within the team\nWho we are looking for?\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nAn analytical and solution-oriented mindset\nA collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team\nA proactive attitude in sharing knowledge and contributing to team goals\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical analysis into clear insights for internal and external stakeholders\nAn educational background (MSc or higher) in remote sensing or related\nExperience with remote sensing and GIS, experience with InSAR is strongly preferred\nAffinity with applications in civil infrastructure\nProficient programming skills in python and SQL. Experience with object-oriented programming is required\nProficiency in English (minimum C1) and, highly preferred, proficiency in Dutch (minimum C1) or in the process of learning Dutch.\nWe prefer candidates who can work primarily from our office in Amersfoort.
