GIS Analyst

Position: GIS Analyst Compensation: $ 30 - 36 /hour, depending on experience Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled GIS Analyst to join their team! This is a fast-moving contract opportunity for a GIS professional who enjoys hands-on work with maps, databases, and spatial data. You’ll support an established team by keeping GIS records accurate, organized, and ready for day-to-day business needs. This role is ideal for someone who works independently, adapts quickly, and is comfortable stepping into a team with immediate impact. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Maintain and update GIS databases, maps, and related records Support ongoing GIS projects with accurate data management Use ArcPro, PowerTools, and Tableau in daily workflow Organize spatial data and keep documentation current Assist with general GIS tasks and project support as needed Work independently with minimal supervision Required Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years of professional GIS experience Hands-on experience with ArcPro Experience using PowerTools Experience with Tableau Background updating and maintaining databases Strong ability to manage maps and spatial data Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting fast-paced contract projects Exposure to energy industry GIS work Ability to quickly adapt to existing processes Perks & Benefits: 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: Onsite schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Work from home on Wednesday and Friday Contract length is open-ended One GIS team member will be intermittently out on medical leave Interview process may be direct hire or a single interview round If you are interested in learning more about the GIS Analyst opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
