About the Role

About the Role We're looking for a GIS Analyst to support geospatial data management for energy clients maintaining and modernizing their electric network models. GIS is foundational to ADMS, OMS, and DERMS initiatives, and this role sits right at that intersection. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update energy network models in Esri ArcGIS, including the Network data model. Support data quality reviews, edits, and migrations for electric distribution and transmission facilities. Assist with GIS integration into ADMS, OMS, and asset management systems. Generate maps, reports, and spatial analyses to support engineering and operations teams. Support field data collection workflows and mobile GIS applications. Document GIS data standards, workflows, and editing procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience with Esri ArcGIS in an infrastructure context. Familiarity with energy company network data models and facility data. Strong attention to detail and data quality discipline. Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Esri Network migration projects. Familiarity with ADMS/OMS-to-GIS integration. Knowledge of CIM (Common Information Model) data standards. Python or SQL scripting experience for GIS automation. What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package.
