GIS Analyst (BLR)

Description Responsible for spatial data analysis, Digital mapping, and database management. Assist in creating and maintaining GIS maps and spatial datasets using ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online. Manage GIS databases (SDE in ArcGIS Software) to develop, store and maintain spatial data. Perform basic spatial analysis and mapping to support projects. Assist in management of GIS data in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) Learn and use GIS tools like FME Desktop/Server or other open-source GIS software. Support automation of GIS workflows using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or C# Work with other teams to integrate GIS data into business processes. Converting physical maps into a digital form for computer usage. Performing data cleaning to convert data into its desired form. Produce reports on geographic data utilizing data visualizations. Managing a digital library of geographic maps in various file types. Working on integrations between Enterprise Asset Management software systems and GIS. Performing business analyst functions on geospatial projects, determining requirements and testing Qualifications + Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in GIS/Geoinformatics and/or Bachelors in Civil Engineering or any relevant field + Experience Required: 1 - 3 years + Skills Required : GIS, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, ArGIS Online, Utility Data, Vector Data Management, ArcGIS SDE, Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
