Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider specialising in worldwide leading sectors such as ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive and Energy is hiring for a GIS Architect to join its project in Germany or Belgium. #### Job Title #### GIS Architect #### Employment #### Full time #### Start Date #### July 2026 #### Country Dusseldorf, Germany #### Salary range 90-110k EUR/annum #### Contact Bojan Ulemek | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 671 #### Experience/Qualifications * Design enterprise GIS architecture using IQGeo and ArcGIS platforms. * Lead migration of spatial and network inventory data from legacy systems into OneGIS. * Define data mapping, reconciliation, integrity validation, and cross-system reference strategies. * Resolve data quality issues including missing references, duplicate assets, and topology inconsistencies. * Design integrations between GIS, OSS/BSS, workflow, and inventory systems using APIs and services. * Define scalable geospatial database and spatial service architecture. * Provide technical leadership to GIS and migration teams. #### * GIS integrations and APIs #### * Experience with PostgreSQL * Data integrity and validation frameworks #### * ETL and migration tools * Good understanding of productivity tools for automation * Good understanding of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems and fiber/network inventory domains.
