As a GIS Automation Tester - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client support services by leveraging your skills in business application consulting and Maximo consulting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of field service and operations modernization, working directly with clients to deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems, developing deliverables, and utilizing your knowledge to drive client success.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients. Responsibilities
Developing and executing test plans for GIS automation projects using IBM Maximo Asset Management
Integrating Maximo software with enterprise systems to enhance functionality and streamline operations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in field service and operations modernization
Utilizing analytical thinking to assess and improve middleware architecture and application integrations
Implementing solution architecture strategies to support asset management and grid modernization initiatives
Managing project timelines and deliverables to validate alignment with client expectations and industry standards
Leveraging emerging technologies to optimize energy utilities and manufacturing processes
Facilitating communication and feedback loops to enhance team collaboration and project outcomes
Embracing change and fostering innovation within the technology consulting domain
Supporting client engagements by providing technical insights and recommendations for improvement
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4+ years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
