Job Description
To strengthen its GIS, BIM Infrastructure, and Strategic Development Division, we are seeking a junior candidate with strong technical and managerial aptitude, eager to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.
The successful candidate will support the Department Head and Area Manager in managing and developing GIS and BIM projects for both public and private clients.
This role is cross-functional, bridging technical, organizational, and client-relations aspects—contributing to the proper planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and services delivered.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical-scientific or economic disciplines.
Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good command of English.
Interest in GIS, BIM, Digital Twin, and digital infrastructure topics.
Foundational knowledge of project management principles.
Ability to prepare technical documentation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of GIS platforms (e.g., Esri, QGIS) and/or BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks, or similar).
Soft Skills

Employment Terms
Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Commerce, Tertiary Sector, Services
Salary range: €24,000 – €27,500 gross annually
