Core Responsibilities:
We are advancing the digital twinization of infrastructure asset management to address societal challenges faced by national and local governments and infrastructure operators—such as aging underground utilities and an aging workforce. To expand the 3D spatial business ecosystem (e.g., BIM, robotics), we actively participate in national demonstration projects, develop 3D data infrastructure technologies, accumulate know-how, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Detailed Duties:
Formulating GIS business strategy
Sales and business development for 3D mapping services and new GIS offerings
Key Projects:
Participation in national initiatives by ministries such as MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) and METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry)
Developing alliance strategies to expand the 3D spatial business and designing value-added content
Leading sales activities centered on high-accuracy 3D spatial data through partner collaboration

Requirements
Eligibility:
High school graduate or higher
Required Qualifications:
None
Preferred Experience & Skills (2+ years cumulative experience preferred):
Experience using GIS in professional settings
Experience in business planning and strategy development
Experience selling to enterprise clients (e.g., local governments, private companies)
Highly Desired:
Prior experience applying GIS in business operations
Work Location
Initial assignment: 1-4-4 Kamoi, Taito-ku, Tokyo (Next Site Asakusa Building)
Potential future transfers: Within NTT group office areas or headquarters (Tokyo)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary (Monthly, as of April 2026):
Master’s degree: ¥312,000+
Bachelor’s degree: ¥300,000+
College of Technology: ¥282,000+
(Determined based on location, age, experience, and company regulations)
Raises & Bonuses:
Annual raise (June, performance-based)
Bonuses (twice yearly: June & December)
Allowances:
Full transportation cost coverage
Housing allowance: ¥30,000–¥40,000/month (paid semi-annually in June & December)
