GIS Consultant (ArcGIS)

InnoTech is hiring a GIS Consultant (ArcGIS) in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on developing and customizing GIS solutions using the ArcGIS ecosystem to support business needs; creating and maintaining Web Apps, Dashboards, and other ArcGIS applications; configuring and managing ArcGIS Portal environments; developing custom widgets when required; and working with Arcade expressions and ArcGIS Pro to build and enhance geospatial solutions. Responsibilities: - Develop and customize GIS solutions using the ArcGIS ecosystem to support business needs. - Create and maintain Web Apps, Dashboards, and other ArcGIS applications. - Configure and manage ArcGIS Portal environments. - Develop custom ArcGIS widgets when required. - Work with Arcade expressions and ArcGIS Pro to build and enhance geospatial solutions. Requirements: - Hands-on experience with ArcGIS technologies, including ArcGIS Pro, Portal, Experience Builder, Dashboards, and other Web Apps. - Experience developing or configuring ArcGIS widgets. - Knowledge of Arcade scripting. - CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required. - Experience implementing ArcGIS Water Utilities solutions or working within the water utilities sector is preferred. - Experience with Python for GIS automation and development is preferred. - Knowledge of GIS solution design and best practices is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
