Company: AGIR Transport Position: GIS Data Analyst (CDI) [H/F] About AGIR Transport AGIR Transport is a French association dedicated to advancing mobility expertise and fostering collaboration among stakeholders in the transport sector. It supports public authorities and operators through studies, training, networking, and shared resources. Key Responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze geographic data using GIS tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS). Support mobility studies by producing maps, spatial indicators, and data visualizations. Contribute to the development and maintenance of geographic databases and geospatial infrastructure. Collaborate with experts in transport planning, economics, and operations to integrate spatial analysis into policy recommendations. Participate in the production of reports, studies, and presentations for clients and internal projects. Stay up to date on GIS technologies, open data standards, and remote sensing applications relevant to mobility. Qualifications & Skills Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Urban Planning, or related field. Proven experience (or strong academic background) in handling and analyzing spatial data. Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and data processing tools (e.g., SQL, Python for geoprocessing). Knowledge of transport data types (e.g., OD matrices, network datasets, GTFS) is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Fluency in French; English proficiency is beneficial. Benefits & Context Permanent contract (CDI), full-time position.
