GIS Data Annotator 需要能够流利的用华文和其他团队沟通 Role Overview This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and quality of map data by identifying, validating, and updating Points of Interest (POI) such as businesses, landmarks, and locations. The associate will work closely with client guidelines to maintain high standards of data accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities POI Data Management Identify and map geographic locations and Points of Interest (POIs) using web research and imagery Validate POI names, addresses, and details using approved reference sources Perform POI edits and reviews in accordance with client guidelines Classify POIs into correct categories Data Accuracy & Quality Control Ensure all data meets defined quality standards (SLA, KPI, OLA) Cross-check information using authorized sources only Provide descriptive details and relevant links for validation Report data inconsistencies, bugs, and system issues Operations & Process Compliance Follow defined procedures for data collection and processing Maintain a clear understanding of end-to-end operational workflows Escalate complex issues when necessary Client & Stakeholder Support Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients Adapt to changing client requirements and timelines Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines Able to speak Thai or Chinese
